Mr. Riewerts is a Senior Associate at Homestead Capital and focuses on acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Homestead Capital, he served as Professional Farm Manager and Real Estate Broker for Hertz Farm Management, Inc. Mr. Riewerts also evaluated and marketed agriculture real estate as a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. Mr. Riewerts is a member of the American Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Farm, and Financial Management with an emphasis in Agriculture Finance. Mr. Riewerts grew up on a grain and beef cattle farm in northwestern Illinois that his family continues to operate today.

Mr. Prager is an Analyst at Homestead Capital and focuses on budget and capex analysis, research, and other farm management-related activities. Mr. Prager holds a B.A. in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University.
Mr. Scott BozzoVice President, Permanent Crops
Mr. Bozzo is a Vice President at Homestead Capital and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He is primarily focused on the sourcing, acquisition, and management of Homestead’s permanent crop investments. Mr. Bozzo has spent time as an Associate Director with UBS Farmland, and has over 13 years of experience in agricultural real estate investing, brokerage and financial analysis. Mr. Bozzo holds a B.B.A. in Finance from California State University of Fresno and an Accredited Farm Manager (A.F.M.) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers ASFMRA). He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the California Chapter of the ASFMRA.
Mr. Gabe SantosCo-Founder, Co-CEO
Mr. Santos is a Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Homestead Capital and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He brings over 15 years of investment, acquisition, and agricultural experience to the firm. Mr. Santos was previously with the Global Natural Resources Group within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. While at Goldman, he advised clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, public and private equity financings, and other strategic advisory initiatives. Prior to joining Goldman, Mr. Santos was a mergers and acquisitions attorney. Mr. Santos received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
